Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases remotely.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings and depositions virtually.
- Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and courts.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
