Are you an experienced insurance professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building lasting client relationships? Independent Insurance Services Agency is looking for a Remote Insurance Representative to join our team.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is knowledgeable about insurance, takes pride in providing excellent service, and can work independently while staying connected with the team. Preference will be given to candidates located in the greater Tampa, FL area.


What You'll Do

• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
• Explain coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements.
• Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Work with the agency team to provide a positive customer experience.
• Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous insurance agency experience required.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive problem solver with a genuine desire to help people.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and technology.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to stay on task independently
