On behalf of our client, SalesDraft is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives.

In this role, you'll connect with clients virtually, learn about their needs, explain tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process. You'll receive training and ongoing support while developing your communication, sales, and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and video conversations.
• Build professional relationships and understand customer needs.
• Explain insurance products, options, and benefits clearly.
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.
• Work with your team and leadership to improve your sales and customer service skills.

Compensation

Commission-Based - Performance-Based Earnings

Expected annual earnings are between $75,000–175,000, depending on performance.

Requirements

• Active Life & Health insurance license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Mobile device with cellular service.
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone, video, and email.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
