Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Engage with prospects to understand their insurance needs.

Explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely.

Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage to meet their unique situations.

Process new insurance applications and follow up on pending business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance. Maintain 100 minimum outbound calls with 10 daily sales average.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

A genuine interest in helping others protect their futures.

Must have Property/Casualty/Life/health insurance licenses prior to start date
