Remote Interim Director, System Clinical Documentation Integrity
*Located in Gainesville, Florida (Remote with occasional travel)
- System-level leadership role overseeing inpatient and professional billing CDI operations across a large academic health system
- Responsible for CDI strategy, physician engagement, operational alignment, and documentation integrity performance improvement
- Focus on CMI, LOS, mortality metrics, HCC capture, E/M optimization, and revenue integrity initiatives
- Subject matter expertise with Iodine Software strongly required
- Large medical center CDI leadership experience required
- RN required
- Remote role with occasional travel for leadership meetings and operational support
