Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description
This role is ideal for an experienced Architectural Designer who enjoys working independently on large-scale multifamily and interior architecture projects, including healthcare, hospitality, and corporate interiors. You will lead the development of detailed construction document sets using Revit and AutoCAD, contribute to complex projects ranging from 250 to 500 units, and collaborate closely with a small, high-performing design team in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Work Environment
You will join a design team of approximately 11 people in a Class A office space located in a renovated church that has been converted to 100% commercial use. The studio environment is modern, recently renovated, and designed to support creative, collaborative work. The organization offers a hybrid work model, with employees typically coming into the office two times per week and otherwise enjoying flexible work arrangements. Typical workweeks are around 40 hours, with occasional variations up to 45 hours, and there is a strong emphasis on autonomy rather than rigid schedules. The firm provides free parking, 100% employer-paid healthcare, a 401(k) match, a bonus program based on projects, and discretionary spot bonuses. Designers and employees receive three weeks of vacation, nine recognized holidays, and additional paid time off between Christmas and New Year's Day, resulting in more than five weeks of PTO annually. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06/hr.
