Remote IT Pharmacist (Epic Willow Certification) — Remote (Perm)
A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Remote IT Pharmacist (Epic Willow Certification) for a permanent, full-time opportunity supporting inpatient pharmacy clinical applications and related workflows. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining requirements, developing/implementing solutions, and supporting installed applications across assigned clinical/administrative areas.
Location: Remote
Schedule/Hours: Core hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: $113,900/year
Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Job Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Design, build, test, and implement application/system solutions for assigned clinical or administrative areas.
Support and optimize installed applications; troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to consolidate work, solve problems, and improve efficiency/cost.
Create and maintain end-user documentation and communications.
Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and financial records.
Collaborate within a team environment by sharing constructive feedback and supporting team goals.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) or PharmD (or equivalent pharmacy degree from an accredited organization)
Licensure: At least 1 year of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
Experience: 4+ years of clinical or administrative information systems experience (healthcare environment preferred)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficiency with common productivity tools (Word, Excel, email, scheduling, presentations) and ability to learn new tools quickly
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient/customer populations with respect and dignity
