Responsibilities
- Create and organize customized travel itineraries based on client preferences
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
- Coordinate travel schedules and itinerary details
- Review travel plans to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized client records and travel documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding travel updates and itinerary information
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process
