Remote - Licensed Customer Service Representative

We're an Established Allstate Agency looking for a Licensed Representative to come grow with us! We want a highly organized professional who loves interacting with others and can light up a room with their personality. As a Licensed Representative, you will primarily be responsible for working with our existing client base. Daily activities would mostly include: handling day-to-day service-related issues, providing policy reviews and cross-selling additional lines of insurance within the household. Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Call existing customers upon renewal to offer a review and identify new selling opportunities.

Handle day-to-day service-related issues for existing clients and help with on-boarding new ones.

Create selling situations through servicing the existing accounts.

Educate clients on what coverage/policies they have, and which products would benefit them most.

Possess an active Property & Casualty License

Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ability to problem solve and explain something complex in a simplistic manner

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment
