We’re Hiring: Remote Insurance & Membership Sales Agents

Location Details: 9125 Henderson Road, Tampa, FL 33634.  Candidates must reside in Florida, be within a 50-mile radius of Tampa, FL, and have reliable transportation.

Training & Position Schedule / Shift:

Training Start Date: September 8, 2026

Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET

  • Attendance is critical during training; successful completion is required for continued employment. Start and end times may vary occasionally due to business needs.

  • After training, you will transition to your regular production schedule

Production Schedule:

  • Begins after training. There are three shift patterns to choose from:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

    • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7:50 am – 4:20 pm

Position Summary:

Are you driven by results, energized by connecting with people, and ready to take control of your income, working from home?  We’re looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals to join our high-volume sales team, selling insurance and memberships in a personalized, tailored way that puts our members first.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from members and handle outbound outreach to existing members to review and sell insurance and membership products.

  • Determine customers’ insurance needs through probing and offer tailored coverage solutions.

  • Explain coverage limits, deductibles, payment options, policy language, and servicing provisions clearly.

  • Respond to current policyholder inquiries and requests.

  • Generate and follow up on leads using established lead management rules.

  • Cross-sell to existing accounts, work sales campaigns, and develop networking referrals.

  • Ensure applications meet agency and carrier guidelines, reducing E&O exposure.

  • Sell additional products such as credit cards, memberships, and other vital offerings.

  • Participate in performance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • State Property & Casualty insurance sales license (or ability to obtain).

  • Demonstrated sales success and computer proficiency.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or Marketing.

Work Environment (Hybrid):

On-Site

  • This is a call center position. Candidates must reside in Florida, be within a 50-mile radius of Tampa,  and have reliable transportation. The first 12 weeks of employment will be completed on-site in Tampa for training and onboarding. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to working remotely full-time.

Remote

  • After completing on-site training, you will transition to a remote call center environment. You are required to have a designated workspace free from interruptions and distractions and at least 100MB per second high-speed internet, with the ability to connect directly to a modem. An exception to this would be in the case of connectivity or service-level issues, in which employees would be required to report temporarily to a designated ACG facility until connectivity or service levels are restored. Employees may also be required to report to the office periodically for training, meetings, coaching, or other business needs. Willingness and ability to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Compensation & Benefits Overview:

ACG complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding required benefits (including PTO, paid sick leave, etc.).

Base salary: $36,000 per year; $17.33 per hour

Eligible for Overtime

Uncapped earning potential through incentives and commissions, strong upside for high performers.

Tenured agents – after 1 year – may earn $60k+, with top producers potentially earning $90k+

Pay structure & training pay

Hourly pay during paid training: starting at $17.33/hour (training runs 10–12 weeks).

Fully paid, structured training with hands-on coaching and ramp support. Successful completion is required for continued employment.

$1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Eligible New Hires. Join our team and earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over your first 90 days of employment. Bonus installments are paid at 30, 60, and 90 days to support your successful onboarding and transition into the role.

After training, you transition to base + incentive-eligible pay with unlimited commission potential.

Time Off & Leave

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment. Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.

  • Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
