No prior insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Agents start at an 85% commission level with the opportunity to advance up to 145% based on performance and consistency.
Job Responsibilities
• Contact individuals who have requested life insurance information.
• Conduct appointments over the phone.
• Help clients choose the best life insurance coverage for their needs.
• Submit applications with top-rated insurance carriers.
• Follow up with clients throughout the application process.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
