In this position, you'll work with clients to design travel experiences that reflect how they want to relax, celebrate, explore, and connect with the world. From luxury escapes and wellness retreats to family vacations, cruises, and bucket-list adventures, you'll help travelers discover options that match their unique preferences.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, providing personalized recommendations, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Training, professional development, and ongoing support are provided from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn about client interests, travel styles, and vacation priorities
• Recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences based on individual preferences
• Research vacation opportunities and customized travel solutions
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, tours, activities, and travel packages
• Provide guidance and support throughout the trip-planning process
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements with supplier partners and vendors
• Monitor reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates
• Maintain organized client profiles and travel records
• Stay informed about travel trends, emerging destinations, and supplier promotions

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer engagement, sales, or lifestyle-focused services
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using online tools, digital platforms, and web-based applications
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
• Prior travel industry experience is not required; comprehensive training is provided
