Remote Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a talented Remote Litigation Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
• Conduct legal research and provide advice and guidance on legal matters
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve the best legal outcomes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Proven experience in litigation and trial work
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
