We are seeking a talented Remote Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and handle a variety of complex litigation cases.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis related to litigation cases
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
Provide legal advice and representation to clients
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state of Delaware
Proven experience in litigation, including trials and hearings
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
