REMOTE Live Agent

Our client, financial services support is seeking a REMOTE Live Agent to join their team. As a REMOTE Live Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: REMOTE Live Agent

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $21.00hr

Shift: Full Time 9AM EST to 8PM EST (8-hour shifts)

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication
• Assist customers with inquiries related to financial accounts and services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Follow legal and compliance guidelines during customer interactions
• Support team efforts to resolve issues efficiently and professionally

What's Needed?

• Perfect English skills, both written and spoken
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work from 9AM EST until 8PM EST in 8-hour shifts
• Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
