Job Responsibilities:

• Provide live chat support to individuals seeking mental health treatment
• Answer queries and provide information about Amend Treatment's programs and services
• Assist in scheduling appointments and assessments for potential clients
• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor while interacting with individuals
• Document conversations and maintain accurate records of all interactions

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Empathy and understanding towards individuals dealing with mental health challenges
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using live chat software and tools
• Knowledge of mental health terminology and treatment options

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is a plus
