Summary We are looking for Licensed Therapists in Minnesota to provide telehealth therapy to adults with low-acuity mental health needs. This role combines professional flexibility with the chance to make a measurable difference.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday through Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Key Duties
Deliver secure video-based therapy sessions
Develop individualized care plans and adjust as needed
Track progress and support behavioral change
Maintain detailed, accurate case documentation
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong communication and technology skills
