This is a full-time, indefinite contract opportunity, setup for a temporary to full-time contract. The perm salary range is 90-120K. Perm salary range: 90K-120KHandle civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memorandaArgue motions and attend hearings in Tennessee courtsCollaborate with other attorneys and staff in a virtual environmentMaintain high standards of professionalism and client serviceQualifications:Client is seeking an attorney with at least 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in the following areas: Real Estate, Contract Disputes, Business Litigation, Probate Litigation, Trial experience.Candidates must be experienced with conducting discovery, depositions, mediations, drafting and arguing motions, etc.Candidates must have strong research and writing skills.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.License to practice law in any Tennessee, active and in good standing, is required.Able to work remotely but appear for hearings and depositions.LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
