  • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
  • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in journalism, media, communications, editorial work, public relations, corporate communications, content strategy, audience engagement, newsroom work, or related fields
  • Native or professional fluency in English

  • Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
  • Professional training in journalism, editorial review, fact-checking, media relations, public communications, or content strategy may also be relevant depending on project scope

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating or reviewing press releases, media pitches, editorial calendars, newsletters, media kits, briefing documents, communication plans, content strategy materials, or executive communications decks
  • Familiarity with AP Style, fact-checking practices, editorial standards, media monitoring, audience analytics, stakeholder messaging, and public-facing communication quality
  • Experience with tools such as Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Google Analytics, social analytics platforms, CMS tools, or comparable media and communications platforms
