  • Create high-quality reference responses that reflect attending-level psychiatric judgment and evidence-based clinical reasoning
  • Support varied healthcare evaluation tasks across general adult psychiatry and subspecialty mental health contexts

AI Psychiatric Response Evaluation

  • Review AI-generated psychiatric responses for clinical accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, and patient-care relevance
  • Evaluate whether responses appropriately address diagnosis, differential considerations, treatment planning, risk factors, safety issues, and clinical decision-making
  • Identify unsupported claims, missing clinical nuance, unsafe recommendations, weak reasoning, or incomplete psychiatric assessment

  • Participate in onboarding, calibration, or specialty alignment activities when required

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • Ability to evaluate psychiatric written outputs with accuracy, nuance, and attention to patient-care implications
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to provide structured, well-supported feedback
  • Comfort applying detailed rubrics, clinical guidelines, and evaluation criteria consistently
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous, project-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete high-quality review work within project timelines

  • Professional experience in psychiatric practice, medical education, clinical documentation, mental health care quality review, research, or guideline-based assessment is highly relevant

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing psychiatric cases, clinical scenarios, medical education materials, board-style questions, or structured assessment content
  • Familiarity with psychiatric guidelines, diagnostic frameworks, psychopharmacology, risk assessment standards, and capacity evaluation principles
  • Experience reviewing clinical documentation, psychiatric recommendations, mental health care workflows, or healthcare-related written content
  • Comfort identifying clinical reasoning gaps, unsafe recommendations, unsupported conclusions, or missing psychiatric considerations
  • Experience participating in calibration sessions, peer review, medical education, quality improvement, or structured review workflows

Why This Opportunity
