This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on AI-assisted review of logistics and supply chain-related documents, forms, tables, schedules, diagrams, and operational materials. Selected professionals will create complex evaluation tasks using logistics and supply chain documents, define clear expected answers, and develop objective rubrics for assessing response accuracy, instruction alignment, and domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Logistics Task Development

  • Create complex tasks based on shipment records, bills of lading, delivery schedules, warehouse documents, inventory tables, route plans, purchase orders, and supply chain materials
  • Define clear ground-truth answers, acceptable response criteria, and objective evaluation standards
  • Develop prompts that test logistics document interpretation, operational reasoning, information extraction, data review, and careful instruction following
  • Ensure each task is clearly scoped, realistic, and suitable for structured review workflows

Supply Chain Document Review

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses involving logistics records, supply chain documents, freight materials, inventory reports, tables, forms, and operational diagrams
  • Assess whether responses correctly interpret shipment details, quantities, dates, SKUs, locations, carrier information, routing details, status updates, and document-specific instructions
  • Identify missing details, incorrect interpretations, unsupported assumptions, weak operational reasoning, or inconsistencies in the response
  • Review outputs against objective rubrics and project-specific quality standards

Rubric Design & Quality Control

  • Develop clear rubrics that explain expected answers, grading criteria, and acceptable variations
  • Provide structured written feedback on task quality, response accuracy, and evaluation consistency
  • Apply detailed instructions carefully across logistics, supply chain, and document-based review tasks
  • Participate in onboarding, calibration, or domain alignment activities when required

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • Professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, warehouse operations, procurement, inventory management, freight coordination, or related operational review work
  • Strong ability to interpret shipment documents, inventory tables, warehouse records, order forms, routing materials, delivery schedules, and supply chain documentation
  • Comfort working with precise instructions, objective criteria, and structured evaluation standards
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain task expectations and review decisions clearly
  • High attention to detail when assessing accuracy, completeness, and instruction alignment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
  • Consistency across repetitive, detail-oriented review and rubric-based evaluation tasks

Educational Background

  • Academic or professional background in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business, transportation, procurement, industrial engineering, or a related field is highly relevant
  • Experience with shipment records, warehouse documentation, purchase orders, inventory reports, routing schedules, freight records, or supply chain dashboards may be especially valuable
  • Training or professional experience involving logistics document review, operations workflows, data quality, inventory control, transportation coordination, or structured assessment is relevant
  • Advanced operational, analytical, procurement, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience may support project fit depending on scope

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating assessment tasks, training materials, process documentation, review guides, or structured evaluation rubrics
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, freight coordination, warehouse workflows, route planning, carrier documentation, or procurement records
  • Experience reviewing bills of lading, packing lists, delivery confirmations, purchase orders, inventory tables, shipment schedules, or logistics reports
  • Comfort identifying ambiguity, missing information, unsupported assumptions, operational inconsistencies, or interpretation errors
  • Strong ability to design objective criteria for evaluating complex logistics or supply chain document reasoning tasks

Why This Opportunity

  • Apply logistics and supply chain expertise to structured remote project work
  • Contribute to high-quality operations document review, task development, and rubric-based evaluation
  • Use shipment record interpretation, inventory reasoning, and evaluation design skills in a focused project environment
