This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on public-sector procurement artifact review, RFI and RFP response evaluation, rubric-based scoring, document and spreadsheet assessment, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, structural, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Public-Sector Procurement Artifact Review

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving public-sector procurement, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, vendor submissions, procurement planning, or bid response materials
  • Review procurement content for accuracy, completeness, compliance alignment, clarity, and practical relevance
  • Assess materials involving solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, vendor qualifications, scoring frameworks, procurement timelines, and response structure
  • Identify unclear language, missing compliance details, weak assumptions, incomplete response logic, or poor alignment with procurement requirements

RFI/RFP Response Quality Evaluation

  • Review RFI, RFP, RFQ, and vendor response materials for responsiveness, clarity, persuasiveness, and completeness
  • Evaluate whether responses address the stated requirements and reflect public-sector procurement expectations
  • Assess compliance matrices, proposal outlines, evaluation rubrics, procurement summaries, and vendor comparison materials
  • Provide clear written feedback that improves response quality, procurement rigor, and professional polish

Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Review

  • Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
  • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
  • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in public-sector procurement, RFI/RFP/RFQ response, government contracting, proposal evaluation, bid management, procurement consulting, or related work
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
  • Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Educational Background

  • Academic backgrounds in public administration, business, procurement, supply chain, law, policy, project management, government contracting, or related fields may be relevant
  • Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
  • Professional training in procurement, proposal management, contracting, public-sector compliance, or vendor evaluation may also be relevant depending on project scope

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience with public tenders, RFx response strategy, compliance matrices, evaluation scorecards, vendor comparisons, procurement summaries, or proposal review
  • Familiarity with public procurement frameworks, government contracting requirements, municipal/state/federal procurement processes, or grant-funded purchasing rules
  • Certifications or training such as CPPB, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, CPSM, APMP, PMP, or comparable credentials may be helpful depending on project scope
  • Strong ability to evaluate both procurement substance and visual/presentation quality

Why This Opportunity
