We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for senior business systems and execution leaders experienced in scaling complex teams, designing challenging business process tasks, evaluating management scenarios, and producing structured solutions across large enterprise or high-growth company contexts.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on business execution problem design, process leadership evaluation, management reasoning, structured solution development, task review, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply senior-level judgment to create difficult domain-specific tasks, write accurate solutions, review submitted work, and provide clear feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Business Execution Problem Design

• Design challenging domain-relevant tasks involving business systems, process design, team scaling, service delivery, marketplace execution, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, resource allocation, or workflow improvement
• Create tasks that require strong management judgment, structured reasoning, and practical business experience
• Write accurate, well-structured solutions to complex business process and execution scenarios
• Ensure tasks are clear, realistic, and appropriate for advanced evaluation workflows

Task Review & SME Evaluation

• Evaluate business process tasks, management scenarios, and submitted solutions for quality and accuracy
• Identify weak reasoning, incomplete assumptions, unclear recommendations, or inconsistent business logic
• Provide clear written feedback that improves task quality, solution accuracy, and reviewer consistency
• Apply strong attention to detail when assessing business reasoning and execution-focused materials

Cross-Functional Quality & Consistency

• Collaborate with other subject-matter experts to maintain consistent standards
• Support the development of high-quality evaluation materials across business execution topics
• Follow complex project instructions and apply consistent review criteria
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and professional judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

• 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in senior business systems, process leadership, enterprise program leadership, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, marketplace execution, service delivery, or comparable business execution roles
• Demonstrated career progression into senior leadership, director-level, VP-level, executive, or comparable strategic leadership responsibilities
• Experience at a recognized enterprise, consulting firm, technology company, marketplace business, consumer company, financial institution, logistics company, or high-growth organization
• Ability to contribute reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, structured reasoning, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Educational Background

• Academic backgrounds in business, management, industrial engineering, supply chain, economics, finance, engineering, technology, organizational leadership, or related fields may be relevant
• Advanced degree, MBA, or comparable senior professional experience may be especially valuable
• Experience developing structured business frameworks, process documentation, leadership materials, or analytical business cases may also be relevant

Nice to Have

• Experience designing advanced business scenarios, case studies, assessments, training materials, or leadership evaluation tasks
• Background in process improvement, marketplace scaling, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, service delivery, workforce planning, or enterprise execution
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, SOP design, capacity planning, resource planning, KPI design, dashboard review, or cross-functional project leadership
• Experience reviewing structured business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical rigor
• Ability to translate senior leadership experience into clear, challenging, domain-specific tasks

Contract Details
