We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for legal professionals with strong knowledge of Norwegian law and native-level Norwegian language skills.
This role supports the development of an AI evaluation dataset through the creation of original, expert-level multiple-choice questions on Norwegian law. Selected professionals will design realistic exam-style legal questions, develop plausible answer options, and provide clear worked solutions grounded in their legal training and professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Norwegian Law Question Development

Design questions appropriate for advanced AI evaluation and assessment

Ensure questions are legally accurate, clearly written, and unambiguous

Draw on professional and academic legal expertise when developing content
Legal Reasoning & Analysis

Apply Norwegian legal principles to complex factual scenarios

Develop questions that require interpretation, analysis, and professional judgement

Distinguish between legally correct conclusions and plausible but incorrect alternatives

Ensure legal reasoning reflects relevant Norwegian legal frameworks

Identify ambiguity or insufficient information within proposed questions
Multiple-Choice Answer Design

Produce ten answer options for each question

Identify one clearly correct answer and develop credible alternative responses

Avoid overlapping, ambiguous, or trivially incorrect answer choices

Maintain appropriate difficulty across question sets

Worked Solutions & Quality Review

Ideal Profile

Law degree or equivalent Norwegian legal qualification

Ideally 2+ years of professional legal experience

Strong knowledge of Norwegian law and legal reasoning

Native-level Norwegian proficiency

Educated in Norway or currently based in Norway

Strong analytical and written communication skills

Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and precisely
