
Field Turbine Operator System One
- $38 Per Hour
The Remote Operations Center (ROC) is responsible for the coordinated efforts of maintaining, monitoring and controlling assets throughout the Kinetik system. The ROC deploys various teams to ensure continuity of flow from producers associated with the Kinetik system as well as meet delivery targets on the residue system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring the daily operations of compressor stations associated with the Kinetik Gathering SystemMonitoring the daily residue sales volumes and adjusting sales via third party controllerRemote start and stopping of compression throughout the systemOperation of amine and glycol systems, including startup and shutdown as necessaryOverseeing NGL deliveries and coordinating with third party salesComplete detailed reporting/record keeping of daily activities and eventsAnswering calls and reporting events on the Pipeline Emergency SystemControlling access to facilities remotelyUtilization of cameras to monitor flaring and general work practices at various facilitiesMonitoring personnel location using Geotab for incident response and reliability coordinationAll other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is requiredOne year of natural gas processing experience preferredMust have basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust have good communication skills both written and oralAbility to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful conditionsTakes initiative and is proactive in addressing issuesQuickly and efficiently completes tasksThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
Work a rotational 7/7, 12-hour shift including nights, weekends, and/or holidaysAvailable to attend in-person office and field meetings as neededOccasional driving may be needed to travel to Kinetik plants and worksites as neededWill be working in an office environment with long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAvailable outside of normal working hours as needed for business necessity

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsAbility to work effectively in all working conditions noted above. Will require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 15 lbs. on a consistent basis.
