Our client, a Fortune 5 Company, is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator V on Remote.

Pay Rate Range: $62.02-$67.02, depending on experience. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title: Operations Coordinator V                        
Location: Remote 
Duration:  01+ Months W2 Contract    
Pay Rate: $62.02 - $67.02/hour

Team Description:
The LGS Ops Timekeeper team manages timekeeper setup, rate governance, and billing data integrity for our network of outside counsel partners and internal stakeholders across multiple intake systems. The team is responsible for efficient resolution of day-to-day requests along with the execution of several key programs and initiatives, both planned and ad hoc, over the course of the fiscal year.
Scope - Tier 2
  • Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 support, with the ability to synthesize issues for management review.
  • Cross-trained to be backup for Tier 1 support
  • Identify recurring issues and escalation patterns, contributing to process improvement initiatives and knowledge base documentation.
  • Support system testing and data validation projects
  • DRI for the Timekeeper portion of the Vendor Onboarding workflow
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Spend, SVE, Procurement, etc) and outside counsel to research and resolve discrepancies
Program Management support for the annual Promotion & Graduation and Rate Turnover cycle
Key Skills - Tier 2
  • 5+ years experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or a related financial operations role
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume support, customer service, or operations environment with an emphasis on program management
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments where process may still be taking shape
  • Background in process documentation or workflow improvement
  • Proficiency with ticketing/case management systems and e-billing platforms
  • Creative problem solver
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
Maintain confidentially and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive billing and personnel data
Preferred Skills - Tier 2
  • Experience supporting legal operations, law firms, or professional services environments
Familiarity with TeamConnect or Litify platforms

  • Natural troubleshooter who digs for root causes, not just a quick easy fix
  • Remains calm and solution-focused when interacting with frustrated or time-pressured stakeholders
  • Proactive in flagging gaps in workflows and suggesting improvements

  • Eager to explore where technology can augment or fully automate systems
