Remote Paralegal (Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week)

Molt Legal Partners, LLC has partnered with a growing Nashville-based law firm seeking a remote (Nashville or surrounding area) paralegal to support a team of three attorneys on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).
This role will involve a mix of litigation and transactional support, with immediate priorities including assistance on active litigation matters and support with an internal client investigation.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping attorneys manage both legal work and day-to-day workflow coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with litigation and transactional matters
- Support an active internal investigation for a client
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management
- Assist with backend workflows and matter organization
- Help manage deadlines and attorney time management
- Draft, revise, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain matter files and case-related materials
Qualifications
- Prior law firm paralegal experience required
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Litigation experience strongly preferred
- Experience with transactional/corporate matters is a plus
Additional Information
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Remote 1099 position, though the firm would love the opportunity for the selected candidate to visit the Nashville office to meet the team in person
- Most work is Tennessee-based, with some Delaware-related matters
- Hourly compensation: $30/hour
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
