Remote, Part-time Client Service Agent

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Remote Personal Lines Client Service Agent to join their team and provide exceptional service to existing personal lines clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional looking for a flexible, remote position with a strong focus on client relationships and account servicing.

The ideal candidate will have prior Personal Lines insurance experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain existing Personal Lines accounts
• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and general service needs
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, certificates, and other account changes
• Handle billing and coverage-related questions
• Assist clients with claims and help direct them to the appropriate carrier resources when needed
• Communicate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
• Review policies and make recommendations when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Provide timely, professional, and responsive customer service
• Assist with other Personal Lines service responsibilities as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficient with insurance agency management systems and standard office technology
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused
• Must have a bachelors degree
