Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Remote Part-Time Paralegal on behalf of a privately held multi-entity organization. This fully remote opportunity will support an in-house legal team managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and electronically file legal documents in federal and state courts using PACER and other e-filing systems.

• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and filing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

• Monitor court dockets and communicate case updates and critical deadlines to attorneys.

• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence.

• Maintain organized case files, litigation records, and docket tracking systems.

• Coordinate with attorneys and outside counsel on a variety of active litigation matters.

• Handle confidential legal information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous litigation experience.

• Experience with federal and state court filings.

• Strong litigation calendaring, docket management, and deadline-tracking skills.

• Ability to manage multiple active matters with exceptional organization and attention to detail.

• Must have access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection throughout the assignment.

Compensation

• $45-50/hour
