Responsibilities
Process incoming payments accurately and promptly using company systems.
Verify payment details and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain detailed records of transactions and update financial databases.
Collaborate with accounts receivable, customer service, and other departments as needed.
Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding or delayed payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on payment activities.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reconciliations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in payment processing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
