Required Qualifications
Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in good standing in your state of residence
Comfort in a productivity-driven, remote clinical review environment
Strong computer skills (high documentation workload; multiple systems)
Dedicated, quiet, separate workspace at home
Wired internet meeting 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum
Ability to stay focused for the full shift with minimal interruption
Preferred Skills
Experience in PBM / Medicare Part D / prior authorization / coverage determinations
Strong documentation and compliance mindset
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Familiarity with Access, PowerPoint, and Visio (nice to have)

What You’ll Do
Conduct virtual patient consultations and provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
Provide medication education and adherence support
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care planning
Maintain audit-ready documentation of patient interactions and outcomes
Navigate multiple applications and complete detailed data entry (dual-screen workflow)
Schedule / Training
Business hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) and 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET (Sat–Sun)
Shift assignment: Set rotation based on business needs (may include weekends / weekend rotation)
Training: Mandatory attendance for the first 8 weeks
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
No planned vacation/time off during initial training

Location: Remote (Work From Home) — anywhere in the U.S. (must hold an active pharmacist license in your state of residence)
Pay Rate: $53/hr
Start date: Sep 7th and Sep 28th
