We just got notice from one of our Customer Service clients that they have a Pharmacy Account that is ramping up on Customer Service Reps! These would be long term contract roles with the potential to go perm down the road for top agents! Just a heads up...the pay rate is a little lower than some call center roles we get, but they are 100% remote so that helps balance it out. (Tons of our clients are moving away from remote so this is excellent) Also, all equipment is provided!  Also, this is less of an inbound call after call role, but more of a back-office position where more outbound calls are made. There will still be some inbound call assistance, but that isn't the main focus.

Job Info:
We are hiring for a Specialty Pharmacy position focused on supporting individuals who require complex and expensive drug therapies. Representatives are required to provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a performance-driven individual. This is a back-office type of role, which requires pulling customer accounts and researching them to schedule a new prescription or potentially refill a prescription order while ensuring the patient receives their medication in a timely manner. In most cases you will need to conduct an outbound call to resolve a customer's case. This role requires you to process cases in an efficient manner and you are measured on your ability to process no less than 14 tasks per hour as a core agent and this ability is essential to your success.

Skillset required:
  • Minimum 1+ years of Call Center experience (onsite or remote)
  • Six months of Pharmaceutical/Medical CSR related work strongly desired
  • MUST be a Texas Resident
  • Computer skills are a must - MUST be able to conduct basic computing troubleshooting while customer is on the line and navigate 2 workstation monitors
  • Being able to utilize Microsoft Office suite to go through emails, basically set up an online account, reset a password, things of this nature which may be routine for a regular computer user.
  • Strong soft skills are needed (great tone, empathy) as this role is required to make outbound calls.
  • Good proficiency with English language
  • MUST be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (THC friendly) and be able to provide high school/employment verification when requested
Hours/Pay/Start Date:
  • Service is open to customers /healthcare providers 24/7 so various shifts and schedules will be available (all full time hours with opportunity for OT)
  • Pay Rate is $13.50/hr (firm)
  • All equipment is provided
  • Start date is projected for July 20th
