We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced PowerPoint and business-document professionals with strong expertise in executive presentation development, Microsoft Office, business scenario design, Office Open XML, analytical reporting, and cross-functional business communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and document-evaluation project.
Selected professionals will design realistic business tasks, work with advanced language models to create and refine Office documents, compare AI-generated deliverables, and provide structured feedback on presentation quality, business logic, and document effectiveness. No prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Presentations & Business Documents
- Develop and review executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear structure, hierarchy, and narrative flow
- Translate complex analysis into concise visual communication
- Create and assess reports, proposals, executive summaries, and other business documents
- Work across PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to maintain consistency between analysis, data, and presentation
- Apply professional standards to formatting, usability, and business communication
Business Scenario Design & LLM Interaction
- Design realistic business tasks reflecting Fortune 500, consulting, finance, strategy, operations, marketing, HR, healthcare, technology, retail, and related environments
- Create scenarios requiring business judgement, analytical reasoning, and document creation
- Collaborate with advanced language models through structured multi-turn workflows
- Provide clear prompts, refinement requests, and iterative feedback
- Work with Office Open XML and .pptx, .xlsx, and .docx outputs where relevant
AI Deliverable Evaluation & Quality Review
- Compare competing AI-generated deliverables for accuracy, business quality, clarity, and usability
- Identify meaningful differences in content, structure, formatting, and analytical reasoning
- Select stronger outputs using defined quality criteria
- Explain preference decisions clearly and professionally
- Provide actionable feedback supporting improved AI document-generation workflows
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of recent experience on complex business projects within Fortune 500 companies, top-tier consultancies, or comparable professional environments
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Demonstrated experience creating executive presentations and professional business documents
- Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in finance, consulting, healthcare, technology, retail, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, HR, or related functions
- Ability to design realistic business scenarios and workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Office Open XML is advantageous
- Experience with LLMs or AI-powered productivity tools is highly desirable
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, HR, marketing, or comparable business roles is highly relevant
- No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required
Engagement Details
- Independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote
- Compensation: $20–$60/hour
- Work will involve PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office Open XML, executive presentations, business scenario design, reporting, LLM interaction, deliverable comparison, and quality review
- Tasks may involve structured four-turn conversations with an advanced language model
- Contributors may be asked to compare multiple AI-generated document outputs and provide detailed preferences and feedback
- Assignments may span strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, HR, consulting, healthcare, technology, retail, and other business functions
- Project scope, workload, document types, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
- Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, consulting firm, financial institution, company, or other third party
