Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Type: Contract (with potential contract-to-hire, not guaranteed)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $53.00/hour

Position Summary
We’re hiring a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist to support a high-volume prior authorization workflow. In this role, you’ll review requests and apply clinical criteria and plan design guidelines to make coverage determinations, following established policies and procedures.

Document determinations clearly and accurately
Communicate professionally with internal teams and, as needed, external parties

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license in your state of residence (must be in good standing)
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD
Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic computer skills
Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
