Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in media production, film direction, or creative storytelling, particularly at the level expected for experienced producers, directors, or creative professionals working across film, television, or digital content production.
Role Overview:
- In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and storytelling expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance creative production, enhance content quality, and optimize communication within the media and entertainment sector.
What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
- Design and evaluate realistic media and publishing scenarios to test AI reasoning and creative problem-solving.
- Write clear, structured explanations covering production planning, directing, editing, and creative collaboration.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, storytelling quality, and alignment with media production standards.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of information workflows and creative communication.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, or in a comparable creative role within film, television, or digital media.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong English communication and reasoning skills.
- Ability to articulate creative and technical processes clearly using structured explanations.
