Purpose

We are seeking an OHIP Project Coordinator to join the Global Property Management team. This role will support the global transition of hotels to OHIP and assist with all systems integrating with Opera Cloud. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing implementation activities, and ensuring hotels and vendors are prepared for successful migrations.

Position Responsibilities

The OHIP Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the complete transition of hotels worldwide from OXI platform systems to OHIP within Opera Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor readiness activities, implementation checklists, and processes to guide hotels through pre-, mid-, and post-implementation phases.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to support communications, status updates, touch-base calls, and migration strategies.
  • Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and timelines throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with and organize activities between internal teams, external vendors, and hotel stakeholders.
  • Support change management initiatives and assist stakeholders through system transitions.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver implementation processes, documentation, and checklists.
  • Support communications related to OHIP migration readiness and project updates.
  • Monitor vendor responses, requirements, and project timelines.
  • Route vendor questions and issues to the appropriate technical teams for resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate reporting of implementation progress.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support a global project environment across multiple time zones.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating projects, implementations, or technology-related initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience tracking project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and global corporate environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to support organizational change and implementation efforts.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining project processes, documentation, and checklists.
  • Flexibility to accommodate global project schedules and varying time zones.

Education

  • No specific educational requirement; relevant experience is preferred.
  • Pay Rate: $40 - $50 per Hour
    • Note: Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.
