Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects within the company. This is a full-time, remote position with the option to work from home or at our office in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Create project timelines and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to team members and management
- Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CBD industry is a plus, but not required
