Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Protection Services Advisor to assist clients as they explore insurance options for themselves and their families. You will work from home, meet with prospective clients virtually, and provide education around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through warm leads

• Schedule and complete virtual appointments

• Conduct customer-focused needs discussions

• Explain insurance products, benefits, and coverage options

• Help clients make informed decisions

• Follow up professionally and maintain positive client relationships

• Keep accurate client records

• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
