Your weekly compensation lands between $1,000 and $2,000, paid out under a 1099 arrangement. This is performance-driven but structured to reward consistency and clear communication. You are paid for the results you drive, not for sitting in a chair for eight hours.
Every lead you work is already warm. Incoming applications and initial inquiries come to you directly from our marketing funnel. You are not required to cold call, telemarket, or chase down profiles from random lists. Your time is spent screening people who have already raised their hand.
You will be on the phone for most of your day, conducting initial calls to assess fit and interest. All tracking and follow-up is done inside our CRM. After a candidate clears your screening, you guide them step-by-step through a remote onboarding process, handling paperwork, verifications, and next steps without ever meeting them in person.
Your toolkit includes a reliable computer, a smartphone that works well, and high-speed internet that can handle video calls and data entry without lag. You must also operate under a formal business structure—an LLC with a federal EIN. If you do not have one yet, do not worry. We include a guided walkthrough during your training to get you set up correctly and legally.
