Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Post job openings across multiple platforms.
Schedule interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records.
Develop relationships with community organizations, schools, and professional networks to attract top talent accross the USA and overseas.

Qualifications:
Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
