Your Weekly Earning Potential

Compensation is structured on a straightforward 1099 arrangement. You can expect to earn a consistent range of $1,000 to $2,000 each week based on your activity and results. There are no caps on your earning potential, and payments are issued reliably.

Your primary focus will be phone-based screening of pre-qualified candidates. You will use a provided customer relationship management (CRM) system to track each interaction and manage your pipeline. A key part of your workflow involves guiding individuals through a remote onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary steps smoothly and professionally.

What You Need to Start

• A reliable computer, a modern smartphone, and a high-speed internet connection at your residence.
• You must be operating as a legitimate corporate entity. This requires having an active LLC with a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). If you do not currently possess one, we offer step-by-step guidance during our initial training period to help you file the necessary paperwork.
