About This Role

Are you a Port St. Lucie resident looking to break away from the daily commute into downtown traffic or the I-95 grind? We are searching for a Remote Recruiter to join our corporate desk support team at American Trucking Solutions. This is a home-based position where you will manage warm, pre-qualified leads—no aggressive sales pitches, no telemarketing, no cold calls. Your primary focus is on making genuine connections with candidates who have already expressed interest in our client programs.

What You Will Do

• Conduct professional phone-based screening interviews with candidates from your home office
• Track all interactions and candidate progress through our CRM system
• Guide qualified candidates step-by-step through our remote onboarding process
• Maintain a steady pipeline of interested applicants using our provided leads (applications and inbound calls)
• Provide excellent communication and support to ensure a smooth start for every new hire

What You Need to Succeed

• Reliable computer or laptop with a modern operating system
• A smartphone for secondary communication or two-factor authentication
• High-speed internet connection with low latency for clear VoIP calls
• Must operate as a corporate entity (LLC with EIN) or be willing to file one. We provide step-by-step guidance during your training period—no prior business formation experience required
• Strong verbal communication skills and a knack for asking thoughtful questions

Compensation & Structure
