Remote Recruiter / Search Consultant

At gpac we are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Remote Recruiters / Search Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting, staffing, executive search, or business development.

No previous recruiting experience is required. We provide structured on-the-job training, coaching, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for client opportunities
• Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, and screening
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Coordinate the recruiting/search process
• Maintain accurate candidate and search information
• Manage multiple searches and priorities in a professional manner

 Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable making cold calls and have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and personable approach
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
