We are American Trucking Solutions, a corporate desk operations firm that supports the transportation sector from behind the scenes. This is not a field or manual role; it is a remote, phone-based recruiting position focused on office coordination and candidate management. We are seeking a sharp communicator based in Tallahassee to join our distributed team.

Your compensation structure

You will earn between $1,000 and $2,000 each week, paid directly to you as a 1099 independent contractor. Your income is tied to your activity and follow-through, not to cold sales tactics. This is a stable, recurring weekly payout for consistent work.

Where your candidates come from

We provide you with warm inbound leads and completed application inquiries. There is zero cold calling or telemarketing involved. Every person you contact has already raised their hand and expressed interest. Your job is to screen them by phone, update their status in our CRM, and walk them through our remote onboarding steps.

What you will do day to day

• Conduct phone-based screening interviews with pre-qualified applicants.
• Log all interactions and candidate progress into our tracking system.
• Guide each person through the full remote onboarding pipeline.
• Respond to inbound questions from applicants via phone and text.
• Maintain a steady flow of follow-ups to keep candidates engaged.

What you need to start

• A reliable computer, a smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• You must operate as a corporate entity (LLC with an EIN) or be willing to file for one. We provide step-by-step guidance during your training period to help you set this up easily.
• Strong phone manner and ability to keep records organized.
