The Northeastern Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads the sales and clinical teams within their assigned region, driving execution of regional sales goals and growth targets. The role focuses on hiring, developing, and coaching the team, enabling strong execution across new customer acquisition and existing account expansion. The RSM works closely with Digital Sales, Marketing, and other key functions to strengthen pipeline generation and customer support. This role requires a leader experienced in hospital-based medical devices, skilled in managing complex sales cycles in acute care environments.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and support customersCoach the team through the full sales cycle, using digital enablement for prospecting, activity management, and pipeline trackingSet regional sales targets with the VP of Sales and execute the sales plansWork with Digital Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Professional Education to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and sales toolsConduct regular field visits and provide clear, actionable feedbackDegree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or related field4+ years of medical device sales experience with respiratory or patient monitoring background preferredStrong track record of growth and achieving revenue targetsLeadership or management experience in hospital-based medical devices strongly preferredProven skills in sales execution, coaching, negotiation, budgeting, and strategic planningTravel required (approx. 50%+)Meaningful work in a rapidly growing company with opportunity for advancementDirectly influence the quality of products and make a difference for patients worldwideOpportunities for professional and personal growthSentec offers competitive benefits like Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and 401K matching, as well as paid parental leave, a wellness stipend and tuition reimbursement.
