Remote Position
Leisure Life Travel is hiring a Remote Reservation Specialist to assist with customer support, reservation management, scheduling, and travel booking services. This remote customer service position supports clients with travel reservations, booking updates, itinerary coordination, and general customer inquiries.
This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage customer interactions in a professional manner.
Training and onboarding are provided for qualified applicants.
Assist customers with travel reservations and booking support
Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and email
Provide customer service and reservation assistance
Maintain accurate customer records and booking information
Process itinerary updates and reservation changes
Support customers with scheduling and travel coordination
Enter and update customer information in online systems
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Follow company procedures and customer service guidelines
Manage multiple customer requests and follow-up tasks
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Reliable internet connection required
Ability to learn booking platforms and online systems
Administrative support, scheduling, hospitality, or call center experience is helpful

Estimated monthly compensation based on completed client activity and bookings:
Part-time: $1,250 - $2,500 per month
