We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Reservations Coordinator to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and managing reservations. This role requires strong organization, accurate recordkeeping, and professional communication.
Responsibilities
Research availability based on client requests
Assist with reservation coordination
Review available options and reservation details
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
Provide confirmations and relevant information
Verify dates, names, and other important details for accuracy
Assist with modifications and special requests
Maintain organized reservation records
Communicate with service providers
Follow up regarding outstanding reservation details
Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Good organizational abilities
Comfortable researching information online
Ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines
Comfortable learning digital reservation systems
Customer service, hospitality, or reservation experience is helpful
