We are seeking a Retail Media Ads Specialist to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with strong retail media expertise and hands-on experience managing campaigns across major advertising platforms.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads and DSP), Walmart Connect , Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Criteo
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to achieve client KPIs
Analyze campaign data and deliver insights that drive ongoing improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader retail and brand objectives
Stay current on platform updates, retail media trends, and best practices
Experience:
5+ years of experience
Experience in retail marketing and managing ads
Proven experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
Strong proficiency in Amazon marketing including Amazon Ads and Amazon DSP
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, and Walmart Connect
Experience with Pacvue is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
