We’ve grown fast (over $7M+ revenue) and we’re building a high-performance outbound team to fuel the next stage.


Your mission: find home healthcare business owners who may want to sell and book qualified appointments.


What You’ll Do

This is outbound. You will earn your pipeline.


You’ll:

  • Make outbound cold calls to business owners
  • Identify and qualify potential sellers
  • Book appointments with interested prospects
  • Follow a structured script and proven sales process
  • Track activity and manage leads cleanly
  • Participate in training/coaching and apply feedback fast


What You’ll Earn

  • 100% commission (1099 contractor)
  • No base salary
  • Uncapped earnings
  • Estimated earnings: $60,000–$90,000+ / year with uncapped commission potential of $200,000.00+ If you have the drive
  • Top performers can earn $100K+ from a single deal

Training & Onboarding (Typical ramp: ~1 week)

  • Script training + recorded coaching
  • Practice + self-review process
  • Live roleplay coaching with leadership
  • Approval before receiving live leads


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year sales experience preferred (any industry)
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Comfortable with cold calling + rejection
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setup
