Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Track personal and team performance against sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Lead and participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to sharpen skills and product knowledge.
Mentor, coach, and support newer team members, helping to grow the team as you advance into greater leadership responsibility.
Qualifications and Attributes
Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
